Emergency Numbers
If you are concerned about how you are feeling and need to speak to someone urgently, contact your GP surgery or call 111 and select ‘Option 2’ to speak with the NHS Mental Health Crisis Response Service. You can also visit your local Accident and Emergency department.​

If you’d prefer not to talk with someone, but would still like to reach out and receive support text ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 and a trained mental health volunteer will respond.​
